If your card 💳 used for a deposit expired, was cancelled or was lost, there is nothing to be worried about. Funds can still be refunded if the bank account that was connected to the card is still active. We can only refund the initial deposited amount to this bank account.
In addition to the new account statement, the customer should provide a termination letter showing his payment method, termination date DD/MM/YYYY and the logo of the bank.
❗️ Please note: It is the client’s responsibility to inform the company if the bank account connected to the card that was used for the deposit is no longer active. Therefore, the client is required to provide the company with the relevant bank statements.
