Before placing a withdrawal request, please make sure that the following steps are followed:
1️⃣ Your account is fully verified and approved.

Once you’re verified you will receive an email and a push message from NAGA, stating that “Your account got approved”.
❗️If you are NOT verified, you will not be able to place a withdrawal request.
2️⃣ Your payment methods are verified.
Typically, users encountering difficulties with fund withdrawals may find that their payment method is not verified. If you deposited funds using a bank card, we kindly request copies of the card for verification purposes. Similarly, if you utilized a different deposit method, we require proof of the deposit. This verification process is essential to ensure compliance with strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
❗️IMPORTANT: Your credit card copy or image has to have the CVV code hidden and it has to show only the last 4 digits of the card. All other information needs to be fully visible.
On your Payment Methods page, you will see if any of your payment methods needs to be approved.
You will be able to upload the requested documents directly on your NAGA Client Portal.
💡Pro Tip: If you plan to use a card to deposit funds to NAGA, be proactive and add it in your payment methods area as soon as you deposit and provide the proof of payment, so you won't face any delays or blocks in the future.
